Orders over 100 €: Free shipping.

2. Delivery times

• Within Germany:
  Standard delivery time is 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.
• Within the EU:
  Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days after receipt of payment.

If there are any delays, we will inform you immediately.

3. Shipping service provider

Shipping is exclusively via DHL to ensure reliable and safe delivery.

4. Shipment tracking

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order at all times.

5. Customs and import fees

For deliveries outside the EU, customs or import fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer and are not covered by MDS-Custom.

6. Shipping to a different address

You can also have your order sent to a delivery address that is different from your billing address. Simply enter the desired delivery address during the ordering process.
